B.A.(Economics, Mathematics and Statistics)

A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects

Economics with Mathematics and Statistics is considered a good combination. Students who have flair for Economics should opt for this programme as it would lay proper foundation for their higher studies in Economics. Further students have wide options to switch over to M.A. (Mathematics), M.A. (Economics), M.A. (Statistics), MBA, MCA, B.Ed., Law, C.A, C.S. and I.C.W.A.

B.A.(Computer Applications, Mathematics and Statistics)

A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the optional subjects

This course is a balanced blend of traditional mathematics and statistics and modern computer applications. The updated syllabus of computer applications, ranging from basic concepts, Data Structures, Graphics Programming using ‘C’ to Information system analysis and design, SQL server and V.B., enhances the employability of the students. A well – structured curriculum, supported by a rich set of lab cycles providing hands–on experience and strengthening the programming skills of students, is the salient feature of the course.

B.Com. General

A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent examination. Preference will be given to candidates who studied Commerce or Mathematics as one of the optional subjects

The objective of the programme is to enable the students understand the concepts of Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting and application of statistical tools to business problems supported by theoretical knowledge in business law, banking, business economics, company law, auditing etc. Besides each student is given an option to choose eight courses (papers) spread over six semesters out of a basket of sixteen courses in Taxation stream and Management stream with prerequisites and corequisites. The students who would like to go to professional courses like C.A., ICWA etc. can opt for courses in Taxation stream covering Income Tax, Wealth tax, Excise, customs, Service Tax, AP VAT Act etc. Students who would like to join family business or take up sales job or pursuing MBA programme can choose courses in Management stream covering marketing management, sales management, services marketing, advertising management etc. The programme is a judicious blend of Commerce and Management courses.

B.Com. Tax Procedures & Practice A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent examination. Preference will be given to candidates who studied Commerce or Mathematics as one of the optional subjects The Government has been bringing more and more people into taxnet. Particularly manufacturers and traders are required to pay a variety of taxes. They have to employ personnel possessing knowledge in tax laws or they have to seek advice from tax practitioners and consultants. The objective of this course is to acquaint the students with the law, procedures and practice of direct and indirect taxes. The curriculum of the course includes among other subjects, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, A.P. VAT, Central Sales Tax, Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Central Excise, Customs, Companies Act, Mercantile Law, Business Data Processing and Accounting package Tally.
B.B.M. (Bachelor of Business Management) A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent examination Preference will be given to candidates who studied Commerce or Mathematics as one of the optional subjects Bachelor of Business Management is an undergraduate programme aimed at imparting the theoretical background of those academic disciplines relating to the field of management and helping the participants to develop their interpersonal skills and personality to become junior level managers and entrepreneurs. The course curriculum includes, among other subjects, Principles of Management, Behavioural Science, Business finance, Marketing Management, Services Marketing, Human Resource Management, Sales Management, Advertising Management and internship. The traditional lecture method continues to be the means of instruction. However additional inputs like guest lectures, participation in Seminars, management meets, short visits to industrial units and industrial tours will be arranged.

B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry)

B.Sc. (MPC) the most popular under graduate programme, though conventional, has stood the test of time and has been proved to be the best as it offers many career and job opportunities. Students from this combination are stepping into many prestigious institutes for pursuing further studies and placements.

B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science) A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry combination This course provides the students with an opportunity of pursuing I.T. education with a combination of conventional subjects viz. mathematics and physics at under graduation level. The students are exposed to well structured lab cycles to strengthen the programming skills and thereby catering to the needs of I.T. industry. The curriculum of this course includes Java programming, Oracle, V.B., Operating systems, D.B.M.S. etc. It is a perfect blend of the theoretical concepts and practical knowledge. The vertical mobility for these students is fairly good in P.G. courses like M.Sc. (Maths), M.Sc. (CS), M.S. (IT). The jobs available for these students are Junior programmers, Call center operators etc.
B.Sc. (Mathematics, Physics and Electronics) A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry combination The course is designed to fulfil the needs of the Industry with the latest technology. This course provides theoretical and practical knowledge. A special paper, "Introduction to Fiber Optics" helps in securing seats in prestigious institutions of higher learning. The department of Electronics trains on Simulation softwares like Multisim, Mat Lab, Ulti Board etc.

B.Sc. (Electronic Equipment Maintenance, Physics & Electronics with Mathematics)

A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry combination

The curriculum of the course is designed in such a manner that after completion, the candidate would be able to opt for self - employment providing servicing and maintaining equipment as well as running their own development centers. For the purpose of practical training, the college has entered into an MOU with the following organizations/ industries: ITL, Hyd.; ELICO Hyd.; Efftronics, INCAP Capacitors Ltd., NTTF Bangalore. Siemens Ltd. Bangalore, ARM Ltd Hyd, Training and development center Visakhapatnam Steel plant (VSP), Vizag, Gujarat Communications and Electronics Ltd., SHAR Center, Sriharikota. Palavancha, Aishwarya Telecom Pvt. Ltd. Hyd., etc. for providing on-job training to the students.

B.Sc. (Botany, Zoology and Chemistry)

A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent examinations with Biological Sciences and Physical Sciences as optionals This conventional undergraduate programme is designed with upgraded syllabus. This course is on par with non – conventional combinations like B.Sc. (MBC and GBC). The curriculum and syllabus are restructured to further career opportunities in reputed universities. This course enables the students to enter into any biology based academic/ research institutes like. I.I.Sc. Bangalore, TIFR, Mumbai, JNU(Biotechnology) etc.

B.Sc. (Genetics, Botany and chemistry)

A pass in Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or equivalent examinations with Biological Sciences and Physical Sciences as optionals This prestigious undergraduate programme was started in view of the increasing role of Genetics in the fields of Biotechnology and Medicine. Besides conventional Botany and Chemistry, students have an opportunity to study Genetics. The syllabus of Genetics is upgraded in tune with the latest developments in the subject. Many advanced aspects like Plant breeding, Tissue culture, Bacterial Genetics, Molecular Biology, Genetic Engineering and Human Genetics are included in the syllabus. This course provides vertical mobility and good career opportunity to the students.

B.Sc. (Microbiology, Biochemistry and Chemistry)

A pass in Intermediate with Biological Sciences and Chemistry as optional subjects This undergraduate programme offers two special subjects i.e. Microbiology and Biochemistry besides conventional Chemistry. The infrastructure and lab facilities are on par with those of reputed universities. Students will have good practical exposure through updated syllabus. Students pursuing this programme have many academic/career opportunities.
